Findnext works as an extra channel, but does not automatically sync with other booking systems. Only publish times you can keep available and update both calendars when a time is booked. Within Findnext, overlapping times and blocks are checked.

Questions before
your first booking.
A simple decision starts with clear expectations.
Do I need to change booking systems?
No. Use Findnext as an additional channel and publish only selected times. There is no automatic sync with another system, so you are responsible for keeping both calendars updated.
Can I choose how many times to publish?
Yes. You choose the service, staff member and time. Remove unbooked times without booking history or block unavailable periods. Existing bookings must be handled before an overlapping block can be saved.
When does my profile become visible?
You can prepare your profile, services and times immediately after registration. The business must be approved before the profile is visible and customers can book.
How do I get paid?
Customers pay you directly using the payment methods you already offer. Findnext does not collect payment for the service in the standard booking flow.
What happens if a customer cancels?
Customers can cancel through their secure link. You can also cancel in the business portal. The time becomes available again if it is still within working hours and is not blocked.
Can customers send an enquiry?
Yes. Choose the “Send an enquiry” booking method for the service. The customer describes their need and you contact them by email. No time is reserved automatically.
Which locations do you cover?
Findnext is built for businesses across Sweden. You can add your city when creating a profile, although local demand and marketing coverage will vary during the pilot.
What will it cost after the pilot?
The future referral fee has not been set. Our aim is to connect fees to completed marketplace visits. Pricing and terms must be agreed before any charge begins.
